Getting a license to serve alcohol was a problem
It was a tough time getting licquor licensed to put up a bar in the restaurant. It was a fight we fought for so many years
Follow your instinct and do a strong market study. Don't do what everyone is doing. In our time we were the pioneers in the business in our vicinity. However today, we are facing a lot of competition
